I have to admit I'm not unpacked yet <G>

Since I have walked into the door from Austin. I have had people contacting
for one thing or the other. With my few spare moments today I wanted to write
everyone about the great time I had in Austin.

About the week before the conference, I was blessed by a wonderful husband
who let me go to the conference for my birthday. <G> I guess he knew it was
important to me. Especially since I normally make it to at least to one either FGS
or NGS each year. Unfortunately, This year was going to be different because
we had two graduations and a wedding all with in a couple months of each
other. So the birthday surprise was much appreciated. <G>

I learned so much from this conference. And I must say there wasn't one class
I didn't enjoy. I just wished most of you lived in Louisiana so I could pick
your brain <G>

I never realized it takes so much hard work to put something on like this. In
fact I never understood how much time each person who works on different
committees really gives when working on a major event.
I want to THANK every speaker for taking the time to prepare your classes and
all the volunteers for all their hard work. To make events like this a
success. You are all my heroes.

I would also like to Thank all the vendors who gave me items to give away at
the conference I'm directing here in Lafayette, LA. in October. I couldn't
believe people were so nice. THANK YOU!

I could go on and on. But for those that were there this event was awesome!

Thank you!

PS If you are a member of APG and even if your not. If you make it your goal
and start saving your spare change now, you WILL be able to make it to next
years PMC and FGS conference. We would love to see you there. Not to mention you
will learn from the best of the best and have wonderful memories to take home
with you. <G>
