First query as a new member. I could use some help on how to cite this:

P. M. Solomon is enumerated in the 1920 census along with his children. The
children are in the right place, right names, right ages, however, Peter died
in 1912. I believe that the children, who were 19+ years of age had some
reason for lying about their father's existence. Not only that, they made up an
age of 27 (he died at age 56) and gave the farmer the occupation of
automobile salesman. This particular census taker was not particularly careful about
some information such as enumeration date, dwelling numbers and family
numbers, so it is not a surprise to me that he didn't catch the fact that the head
was younger than some of his children. I use the Master. Genealogist ver. 4,
so there is a place for an explanation in the full citation.

Thank you for your assistance and thanks to all those at the APG/FGS
conference that gave me so much encouragement.

Rondina P. Muncy
Grapevine, Texas

P. S. I have done enough research on this family to state comfortably that
there was no other P. M. Solomon in any of the states they inhabited.
