In applying for certification in the FFTT, First Families of The Twin
Territories one needs to prove residency in Oklahoma prior to
November 16, 1907. Given that Oklahoma didn't require birth and death
reporting until 1908 I had a problem until I checked the
census. I had the family living in Oklahoma Territories in 1900 with
one son and one daughter in the 1910 census it showed two daughters,
one at age 7 years born in Oklahoma. Thus 1903, no month was reported
by at least the year was documented and accepted.
