Have you downloaded Windows Security Pack 2? That caused several problems for me. A computer tech I described the problem to over the phone thought my computer had a virus. It did NOT. Two techs suggested it was Security Pack 2. That could be what is causing your problem. It was not allowing me to read census records on Ancestry and that was just one of several things that Security Pack 2 was messing with! I am glad I was able to figure out everything myself, otherwise I would have wasted money on a tech. Uninstalling Security Pack 2 solved the matter. There are instructions on Microsoft's website for reinstalling if you had problems previously.
