I am glad to see you are moving into the world of QUICK access. I got
the availability of Roadrunner access about 18 months ago and when I
signed on my account is the only one in my neighborhood and I was
experiencing just about 2Megabits speed. Recently BrightHouse (my
provider) sent me an email telling me my speed had been increased with
no increase in price. I am now running at between 4.5 & 5.0 Megabits of
speed. I can read census images about as fast as using a microfilm
reader.
