Elizabeth,
One of the largest current oral history projects being done internationally is a
collection of Holocasut survivors testimony.
While such interviews have been done in the past the Shoah Foundation has set up
huge project to collect oral testimonies.
I would refer anyone to their web site <http://www.shoahfoundation.com> or the
working site <http://www.vhf.org>
Perhaps their interviewing methodology and set-ups with universities can provide
some insight to their approach.
