Hello all :^)

I'm doing some work in oil and gas records of one of the local court houses and I could use the help of those with knowledge on the subject.

Here is the situation that I came across today. I was reading an oil and gas lease when I read this particular sentence. "as guardian of the Estate of Russell Lee Harper (NCM)"

Does anyone on the list know what NCM means?

I'm thinking the document is stating that he is probably a minor. However, my opinion of this could change if I knew for sure what NCM means.

This particular person is not in any other record of the court house nor his mother or his father. So it is throwing me for a loop :^)

Any help would truly be appreciated.
