While this web site does appear to be quite harmless it might be
something that falls into the category of Fair Credit Reporting Act and
in the same perameters as ChoicePointe or KnowX web page and they are
sidestepping the rules.

While I have access to many databases such as ChoicePointe, I have not
need to look at Zabasearch, it could be running from outside the US and
not abiding by our laws.
