Why? His mail was probably already read by the correctional facility before
being mailed.

I am with Trevia on using caution. Her story of helping an inmate was
different than the original letter since it was for his own family and not
inquiring about a famous person. The point about building self-esteem is one
to consider in a stratum of society that has none and that most mainstream
people cannot fathom. I also like the idea of supporting an inmate prison.
They would probably devour simple how-to texts.
