Faith,

I've also found the people in Cattaraugus Co., NY to be very helpful.

A few years ago I visited the active cemetery in Franklinville (where my
husband's McNall ancestors lived). The two workers happily showed me the record
book (which is kept in the maintenance shed) and then insisted on helping me
find the graves I was looking for.

The folks in the Surrogates Court office at the county courthouse in Little
Valley are also very helpful.
