Congratulations, PAM!! Way to go, Girl!

About the missing records, has the widow tried the
County Veterans Service Office or the Service Officer
for the local VFW Post or the State Department of the
VFW? These guys work on this stuff all the time and
have direct connections. And they work for all
veterans.
