You are correct based on what you wrote. You granted publication rights but
you retained copyright to use the content anywhere else you wanted. This is
similar to the rights you grant you RootsWeb when you post content a mailing
list such as this--you give them the right to distribute and archive the
content but you don't give up your own copyright.
