I found a major problem with the 1910 census on Ancestry this week while
helping someone.
Camiel Smith was living in Chicago, Illinois. Information at
Ancestry says he is in Ward 35, ED1511, image 2. Clicking on the link
brings up ED1516 sheet 5A. I went to the browsable census - there is no
description by ED1511. Started checking backwards and found my person
under the description for ED1506. If you click on Ancestry's ED1506, the
first page you see is ED1510, sheet 4A. ED1511 begins on image 24 of their
ED1506 link and then continues into their ED1507. Clicking on Ancestry's
ED1500 brings up ED1502 sheet 18A.
Haven't found the total extent of the problem - ED1518 appears to start
okay, though ED1512 begins with ED1517 sheet 7A.
I've reported it, but wonder if anything will be done.
