Chad:

There used to be a computer program called "Blazon" or "Blazons" which
probably would have done the job you are looking for - but I haven't
heard anything about it in recent years. My recollection is that it ran
in DOS and you had to give written instructions (ones that required
considerable knowledge of the terms involved in heraldry).
