I appreciate everyone's feedback ... I have a BIG TYPO, though that I want
to clear up ....

This sentence "BUT, there RARE great things that come from working with
colleagues in a corporation or partnership .." should actually read "BUT,
there are REALLY great things that come from working with colleagues in a
corporation or partnership."

I enjoy working with all of my colleagues, immensely.
