I have used Pay Pal, personal checks, Reusch and cash. If I use a
personal check, an amount is added for the conversion fee. A man who
researches occasionally for me in Norway requests US dollars/cash! He
apparently saves them up for his visits to USA! It makes me nervous
to send that much cash through the mails but he claims to have never lost any.
