I agree--no tape! Go to a scrapbooking store, or one that sells
scrapbooking supplies, such as Hobby Lobby or Michael's. Purchase a spray
that will preserve the original newspaper clipping, then purchase an
archival spray adhesive. (These two products come in cans similar to spray
paint cans, although not the same size.) The first product (one brand is
Archiver's Mist) will stop further deterioration of the newspaper clipping;
the second product is just a quick, easy, archival way to adhere the
clipping to a piece of paper backing.
