Carolyn, some of the spam filters/settings require us
to clear your robot filter even if you initiated the
email to us and we are replying to you. I cannot
describe on this list my particular response when a
"professional" sends me an email and my reply generates
a two-step dance through robotic messages and "codes"
telling me "if" the original sender "approves" my reply
to their email then it will be "placed in the inbox".
A potential client recently got all bent out of shape
because her spam filter did not place my replies into
her inbox after several "approvals". I "was not
responsive" to her inquiries. Sigh. Wonder what her
response would have been to a bill for an hour's worth
of messing with her spam filter? :-)
Best regards,
Dee
