As Donna mentioned in her earlier e-mail, the date for the APG-PMC is
approaching quickly. So that things will run smoothly, we need APG
members registered for the PMC to volunteer for the following sessions.

Tuesday; 2 September 2008
Early registration before APG Roundtable; Three (3) Registrars

Time; Session; Number of Volunteers Needed---Wednesday; 3 September 2008

6:45-–8:00 a.m.; PMC Registration; One (1) Registrar

6:45-–8:00 a.m.; W-2; Five (5) Door Monitors

11:00-–11:30 a.m.; Two (2) Lunch Ticket Takers

1:15–1:30 p.m.; W-22; One (1) Door Monitors

1:15–1:30 p.m.; W-25; Two (2) Door Monitors

2:30–2:45 p.m.; W-23; Two (2) Door Monitors

2:30–2:45 p.m.; W-26; One (1) Door Monitor

3:45–4:00 p.m.; W-24; Two (2) Door Monitors

3:45–4:00 p.m.; W-24; Two (2) Door Monitors
