Hi all,
Many of you have probably experienced this, but it bears repeating.
More than once, I have received the form letter stating that all pertinent (to my research at the time) records were destroyed in the 1973 fire. Once I received the full 201 file later the same week, on another occasion I received the file after subsequently re-requesting same.
