I use Snag-It by Techsmith. It is not free although it does have a 30 day
free trial but it has considerably more features than Cropper.

Might you computer-savvy folks know of a PC workaround equivalent to
the excellent "grab" feature of a Mac? Failing that, can you recommend
a software product (download or installation) that could accomplish the
same thing?
