Subject: [APG] help deciphering (Irish) mother's name in 1889 Birth Reg

I've deciphered best I can the "former" portion of the name of the
mother in a birth registration. I've done a surname search without too
terribly much (but a little) luck . Anyone with the inclination who
might be able to enlighten as to the accuracy of my own reading or the
possible true intent in the writing of this last name (co. Kerry
associated) please see:

Any insight or help appreciated,
Cynthia
