I have to tell you , I recently advertised on Craig's list for genealogy lessons in the Memphis area.  I got several emails that mimic the email below.  I went to Craigs list and they warned us of these types of emails.
 
So, It could be legit, but I doubt it.  I woul be curious to know the outcome.   OH yes, they always wanted to pay ahead or pay with money order or something to that effect ahead of time.
