The secret to requesting a time of birth for a post-1906 PA Birth record is
in their FAQ:
http://www.dsf.health.state.pa.us/health/cwp/view.asp?a=168&Q=202331#Q8
To see the printer they use for certificates go to
http://www.dsf.health.state.pa.us/health/cwp/view.asp?a=168&Q=202359.
We all look forward to your answer to your query.
