Bob and Alvie,

Thanks to both of you. I am interested in a lodge in Rawlins County, Kansas,
1886-1900 or so. The Kansas State Historical Society has a database of
I.O.O.F deaths, which caused me to wonder if additional records might exist
somewhere.

Alvie, I emailed that contact address at the link that you sent (funny - I
forgot that they continue to exist!), and hope to receive a reply.

My guess is that most extant records will be found at local libraries,
historical societies and state archives, rather than with the national
organization.
