Subject: [APG] help needed with legal term

In Andrew Lair's 1826 Lincoln County KY LW&T he wrote: "Item I give and
bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine Stepp one hundred dollars to be paid
by William Anderson six years after my D. S." From the context I
interpreted D. S. to mean day of my death. My Latin is pretty rusty. The
D=dies=day of. What does the S. stand for?
