Of course, that's a good possibility, and there's no end of businesses, and
places like pubs up in Minnesota carrying exactly that name. Even a lumber
mill and logging company, I think. The ultimate answer of course would be
to simply track the individuals and see. If they ended up in Louisiana,
that would tank my suggestions!
