I know some people from Aiken, SC that postponed a Christmas visit here
because snow was coming in, and they had heard the horror stories of the
conditions on the interstates between there and here....

Our weather here in middle TN is moderating nicely...the 4 to 6 inches of
ice and snow was melting today, and it's supposed to be 60 degrees or
more by the weekend when the rain comes in.....As they say, if you don't
like Tennessee weather stick around a few days ! My son told me because
of the jet stream or something they think we will have unusually heavy
snows this winter.....Or maybe it was MORE snows...None of the trials we
have faced with this snowy, icy weather is a patch on those poor people
that were affected by tidal waves from that big earthquake....We need to
pray for them....Jeannie T
