I am missing the years of 1860 and between 1880 and 1900 when he shows up in Yell Co., Arkansas. I think I may have found him with a Robert and Hattie Brown in GA for the 1870, but not sure if he's the right one. He has been listed as: Harmon, Harman, Herman, with or without the initial "D" for his middle name, and of course Brown for surname. In 1900, and 1910 he listed his father as being born in England and mother born in GA. I have not found but 1 marriage record for him, and that was in Lonoke Co., AR. There is no death certificate for him either, as he died apparently between 1910 and 1920. He is not in a 1920 census, but family talk has him dying around 1922/23. Also, I have not been able to track his aunt, Fannie Rice (in 1900 census) or his cousin Lucy L. Brown or Brawn ( I think it's Brawn in 1900 census). This is most definitely my brick wall on this line. I also think he has a brother named Edd Brown (a baby's headstone and family talk tells me this). Ha!
rman David Brown was born 1857 in GA and is buried in Salem Cemetery in Plainview, Yell Co., AR. Thank you for your assisstance in this man. I hope that you can find something, as I can't seem too.
Thank you again,
Phyllis
