Thank you for the information about the search site. I am searching for the
burial site of William A. Elliott b. 4-26-1841 in GA,died.6-18-1864
supposedly at the Battle of Petersburg,VA. He enlisted into the 36 AR Co. F
as a private in Little Rock AR .Confederate. He left a small daughter named
Ara Adna Elliott and widow Mary Cargile Elliott. I checked the cemetery site
at the National Cemetery and the Ranger said he was not there, but could
have been taken to another nearby cemetery, but I cannot find him and am
unsure if he remained in the same unit or not. Thanks, Juanita Autry
