Circuit Court. The verdict was announced at 10:45 o'clock tonight. Huffman
shot Cross at the Ozan Lumber Company on July 4. His attorneys announced
that the case will be appealed to the Supreme court. Sam Woodland, a negro,
was given three years in the pen on a burglary charge for breaking into the
Iron Mountain station at Prescott.
