Since my post of 7-13, I remembered the SSDI and checked it in lieu
of any AR death index known to me.
Jessie b 1892 isn't on it, tho I doubt that he survives.

Ollie, his wife, is.

Ollie Ramsey b. 1897 d. July 1979 in Stuttgart.

Would the library have a look up service like ours does here ?
I expect her obit or funeral notice might identify descendants and location.
...any other suggestions?
