I use the language bar that came with Microsoft XP and I have also used
Dragon Speak and I love them! The 'training' consists of reading some stuff from
some selected texts. You can 'train' as much or as little as you want to. The
best thing is, the more you use it, the better it gets. And you can 'train'
it to recognize certain words, for example when I say "Mount Carroll" it
types Mt. Carroll and not mount carol. I should use mine more than I do.
