Do you know for sure who has city directories for Payne Twp. Clay co Arkansas
1910-1916.?

My g g grandfather Adam BARBRE was born 1826 in White Co., Illinois, but died
in Payne Twp., Clay Co. Arkansas in 1914. This Adam was the son of John BARBRE
and Sally DOZIER. As far as I can tell, Adam was in payne co all alone. He did
have kin in Poinsett co., AK and Ripley Co., MO, but ??
