Depot at Moark Destroyed.
=========================
Fire destroyed the depot at Moark Monday morning at 4 o'clock, and it
is thought the fire was started from a spark from a passing engine, as
the roof was the first to catch fire. T. A. Casto is the railroad agent
and also postmaster of the town, and the post office as in the depot.
Most everything of value was removed from the building and saved.
For a time it seemed that the stores opposite the depot, belonging to
Avery & Strong and S. Greenwood would be destroyed, but by heroic work
of the citizens they were saved. At present a box car will be used as a
depot.
