QRYTEXT: Looking for info on the Staples family in Piggott Arkansas. Father
was Albert Staples, wife, Lula Ann Kerr Staples. Had 7 children most are now
deceased, Albert Wayne, Paul, John, Lottie, Londa,Marie, and James. Albert
and Lula Staples came from Kentucky and were farmers in the Piggott area.
Son John Staples had an early car dealership and owned the Carolyn theatre
in Piggott. Most of the children stayed in or near Piggott, except for my
father James who moved eventually to California and became a minister. We
are looking for early info on when Albert came to Piggott, when children
were born, and where they lived. Some Staples still live in Piggott area,
and family may still own some Piggott property. Any info is helpful..
