Surname: Anderson, Oxley, Wagster

In Evergreen Cemetery in Lompoc, California there is a grave belonging
to a Valera Oxley Anderson. Curiousity lead me to obtain a death certificate
from the Santa Barbara County Recorders Office.

Her maiden name was Valera Zoe Oxley, the daughter of Hardy Oxley and Georgia
Wagster. She was born August 3, 1910 in Arkansas and died January 30, 1949
at age 38 from a stroke.
She was listed as widowed and her occupation was school teacher.

The only county in Arkansas where I can find Oxleys and Wagsters together
is Clay County. I'm wondering if anyone knows how this widow from Arkansas
ended up being buried alone in a windswept cemetery near the shore of the
Pacific Ocean.
