Ella RECTOR was born Nov.1889 in Clay Co.,AR. Her Brother Frank was born 1886 in Illinois. By 1900, they were living with the HAMPTON's in Clay Co.
Ella married Joe WAGNER, (b.1884 in Clay Co., son of Wm. G. Wagner) in 1906 in Clay Co.
I know a good bit about the Wagner side of the family, but Ella and Frank are mysteries!. According to Census, their parents were born in Illinois...but I don't know names.
Is anyone still in Clay Co. connected to these families? I'd appreciate ANY help!!
