Lou Orton was born on April 1875 in Arkansas. Her parents were from Kentucky. She married Franklin Cogbill in Pine Bluff on Feb 12, 1893. On the 1900 census she is listed as Lula Orton.

I'm trying to find the names of her parents and brothers and sisters ??
