The following cases have been disposed of up to yesterday morning:
State vs.
Dave Johnson--horse stealing; plea guilty. Five years in the pen.

W. A. Bean-- cow stealing; jury trial; guilty. Two years in the pen.

G.H. Hall-- burglary; jury trial; guilty. Three years in the pen.

Harry Serodino-- embezzlement, two cases. Dismissed at defendant's cost.

Oliver Wells-- burglary; plea guilty. Three years in the pen.

Oliver Wells-- larceny; plea guilty. On year in the pen.

Ed Bryant-- hog stealing; plea guilty. One year in the pen.

Lewis Banks-- assault; plea guilty. Fined $20.

Ben Bain-- assault; plea guilty. Fined $20

Capt. Austin-- forgery, two cases; plea guilty. Two years in the pen in each
case.

H. Blufford-- assault; plea guilty. Fined $1

John Merrill and Lillie Titsworth-- Illegal cohabitation; plea guilty as to
Lillie Titsworth. Fine $20. Dismissed as to John Merrill at his cost.
