Does anyone on Ardrew know what the Arkansas law is concerning old
cemeteries, which are surrounded by timber company lands? What I need to know
is if access to the cemetery could be denied. What could be done to restore
the cemetery and if it could be fenced? The cemetery in question is Hughen
Cemetery which is located on the South end of Long Prairie in South Drew
County. To my knowledge there hasn't been a burial there since the 1940s. I
would appreciate any information concerning the rights of the decedents of
