I had not posted the news of Amy's illness and death to the list, but
have been aware of her illness for some time. Though she had been
quite ill for some time, she died on July 17, 2000 and was buried on
July 19, 2000 in Forest Park West Cemetery in Shreveport, LA. I have
just talked with her mother, Edna Earl Bordeaux Bishop and she tells
me that memorials can be made to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of
America. The address for the Louisiana Chapter is:
