You can order Confederate pension records from the Arkansas History
Commission. Go to this page to print out the order form:

The pension papers might tell you when the pension was stopped or not
renewed due to your great-grandmother's death. Every pension record is
different, so there's no guarantee that the information you want will be
there. It is worth a try, though.

If you're looking for Union pension records, you'll have to order those from
the National Archives
