We have been looking for our GGrandma Sophronia Davenport Wiseman family
for a long time. What we are doing now is trying to prove who are not
her family. Sure getting a lot of Wiseman info together. See some below.

As for Daniel and Nelly (Harrison ) Wiseman being in Arkansas don't know

As for GGrandma Sophronia Davenport Wiseman family being of Arkansas.
We do not have proof that they were in Arkansas. What we do have is
that she was there.

We are with you on Saphona of the Daniel Wiseman and Nelly Harrison
family. See below 1860 Tennessee census. Would you by chance have a
1850 census for Daniel and Nelly ( Harrison ) Wiseman.

We are working on where this Saphona was in the 1870 census. Want to
prove that she is not our Sophronia. Not knowing where she was in 1870
would have let Daniel and Nelly's Saphona go to Arkansas by her self or
with some one. For what reason can not tell.

We know that our Sophronia Davenport Wiseman was in Arkansas 1870. See
below 1870 census.
Sophronia is listed in the 1870 Fulton County, Arkansas Census page 109
with the Wiley King family

We know that she married our GGrandpa on 6 July 1871. See below part of
E-Mail from Dee Colvin.
Hi Judie? Nice to meet a distant cousin!! Yes, my mother use to speak of
Sophronia Davenport WISEMAN, and her name is among those that were in
the family Bible.
(Note:
It was a King Family Bible per Dee Colvin) The Bible has Safronia D.
Wiseman Born 24 February 1851 Married James F. Montgomery 6 July 1871


We Know she was in Arkansas married to GGranpa Grandpa in 1880 and 1900.
See census below. We know see was buried in the Montgomery /
Humphries Cemetery, Fulton County, Arkansas.
