Not exactly. From what I can tell, ProQuest just distributes AncestryLibrary Edition which is virtually identical to Ancestry.com.
It's for libraries and other institutions only and replaces the former AncestryPlus Edition of the same. MyFamily.com apparently
still owns Ancestry.com and AncestryLibrary Edition. This was the announcement from a year ago:

ProQuest will continue to distribute Heritage Quest and all its component data sets of the US Census, the PERiodical Source Index
(PERSI) and Genealogical and Local History Collection (G&LH). Freedman's Bank Records and the Revolutionary War Pension Records are
also slated to be added to HeritageQuest Online.

Note: Don't bother to subscribe to the electronic mailing list at the bottom of that last page. I've been subscribed for two years
