I don't know about that certain marriage records, BUT the ones I have seen
for that time period do not necessarily include names of parents. I would
suggest that you request the microfilm for the time you are searching from the
Family History Library, providing you have a FHL center (church) close by or we
can borrow them through our public library. You do have to pay a free for
rental, but the rental is for 30 days. It takes a while to get them, but
it's worth it (cheaper than a trip to SLC).
