Yvonne-
I can't imagine Garland County not being formed until 1973? Where did you
find this out? I have a marriage certificate of my ggrandfather's marriage to
my ggrandmother, from 1902. The document is a original certificate and it
reads -Marriage License, Department of Arkansas, County of Garland. I am not
familiar with the name Andrew Grant but I wish you luck and I hope my proof
has helped. If it wasn't officially a county till years later, I can't
imagine why it would be on legal documentation!
