Walter Keener

A lifelong resident of Garland County, Walter J. Keener, 71,
Cedar Glades route, Hot Springs, died Wednesday in a local
hospital.
Born April 22, 1897, Mr. Keener was a retired farmer and a
member of Harvey's Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Stella Partain Keener of
Hot Springs; two sons, Hershel Keener and Ramos Keener,
both of Mountain Pine; two sisters, Mrs. Ella Caldwell and
Mrs. Rosa Harper, both of Mountain Pine; 20 grandchildren
and eight great-grandchildren.
Caruth Funeral Home will announce arrangements.
