Am seeking information on Thomas M. Crutchfield, b AL 3/13/1835, d 12/10/1927 and is buried at Lost Creek, although his tombstone indicates he was born in 1845. Married Olivia (Ollie) Adeline Wray in 1857. Their daughter Martha Ellen Crutchfield married John N Mingea. The reason for my inquiry is I had Thomas as a brother to Judge James H. Crutchfield, but I received a copy of his death certificate from AR Dep of Health and the father of Thomas is listed as Abraham Crutchfield. I fully understand that sometimes the information provided by family members may not always be correct, but I am hoping someone reading this may have additional information. I found Thomas' AR Confederate Pension Record at familysearch.org, but it did not entail any family information. He was wounded at the battle of Parrie Grove on Dec 7, 1862, and served with an N. Pass who was an eye witness to Thomas' wound and application for pension along with a W.A. Braden.
