Edward, from your description, I think this is the family of your
grandmother:

1910 census, Hurricane Twp., Town of Marmaduke,16 Apr 1910, household 60/60
(Moore Street):

Matha J. VOWEL, 61, married twice, 3 years to current wife, TN-AL-AL,
occupation listed as "PL" on transcript which is the abbreviation for
policeman/watchman, etc.
Dora, 38, wife, married twice, 4 children, 3 then living, TN-MS-TN
Hugh, 21, son, AR-TN-TN, laborer
Le Roy, 23 months, son, AR-TN-TN
Herber, 14, grandson, AR-KY-IL
Della M., 11, granddtr., AR-KY-IL
Flora GILLMORE, stepdtr, 19, TN-US-TN
Della M., stepdtr, 11, TN-US-TN
Martha WATSON, stepmother, 65, widow, TN-NC-NC

The Park family, including Monroe, was living at household 7/7 of Hurricane
Twp.

Hope this helps.
